Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We aim to dispatch any orders received by 4pm on the same day.

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and you will receive a tracking number in the order dispatch email. 

Northern Ireland: The EU General Product Safety Regulation comes into effect on 13th December, 2024. We are seeking clarification on our responsibilities, but until then we are, unfortunately, unable to accept orders from NI.
